Pumpkin Pickin Time

I will forewarn you this post is LOADED with photo's of the grands. After Tyler's T-Ball game we headed to the pumpkin patch. The big and little kiddo's love the hayride.
I would have NEVER ever let the little girls in the bounce house and slide but the Mommy's and Daddy's thought it would be fine. The little girls had a blast and no problem keeping up with the big kids,
The petting zoo was a hit with the little girls.
Karsyn fell in love with the baby chickens.
Kara did her best to give the pig a belly rub.
On to picking of the pumpkins. Karsyn was very girly about the whole process.
Mason man was happy with anything as always.
Tyler moved too fast to get photo's of anything but the back of his head.
 Kara wanted a big one.
How sweet is this, Karsyn counting the pumpkins as Kara hauled in the loot.
DD#1 wanted a group picture of her 3. For once they were all looking in the same direction. Wish it would have been facing me!! Ha
Karsyn finished up the day sporting her new infinity scarf while eating a chicken tender she found on the floor of DD#1 car, YUCKKKKK     DD#1 assured me it was pretty fresh as their Lab had cleaned out the car that morning. Nothing like having a 120 pound dog that can vacuum the family car.

We have had a wonderful weekend taking in all of the treats of the season. Hubby and I slept like babies last night after spending 9 hours with the whole crew at ball games and the pumpkin farm.

Today was very low key. Tyler called wanting to hang out with us for the afternoon, fine with us head on over little buddy.  While he and Papaw did a little work in the garden and watched movies I finished baking cookies Ty helped me put together.

I have a really good start on my Fall quilt that will be ALL mine. I will share with you guys tomorrow once I figure out why I can't download photo's tonight onto the PC and what in the heck is going on with the blog. I am getting pop up ads all over the place,GRRRRR

  1. I loved taking my boys to the the Pumpkin Patch, Haunted Barn and Corn Maze when they were little; some of our best family times, along with T-Ball and Hockey. Patiently waiting to see that wonderful Fall Quilt you are putting out.

  3. Lovely photos of the grandchildren. I love the idea of picking your own pumpkins! We buy them in the supermarkets over here, nowhere near as much fun!
